Psychology Workshops

£10.00

A series of accessible, donation-based psychology workshops designed for university psychology societies, academic groups, and community organisations. Delivered by me a Trainee Counselling Psychologist with eight years of clinical experience across NHS Child, Adolescent and Adult mental health services.

These workshops blend evidence-based psychological approaches (CBT, ACT, CFT, Narrative Therapy) with real NHS practice, cultural attunement, career pathways in psychology and trauma-informed perspectives. Sessions are engaging, educational, and tailored to support the growth, confidence and career development of students and aspiring psychologists.

Workshops can be delivered online only. Donation-based: (£10–£20 per session) or 2 pound entry per person, making psychological education accessible while supporting my doctoral training journey.
